Welcome to Josie's Jewelry, home of high quality jewelry at reasonable prices. The following are our terms and policies:

Custom Orders

We welcome all custom orders. We will do our best to accommodate any request and time deadline. All custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Back-order Policy

We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items "out-of-stock" or "no longer available". On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what is indicated in our website. We will notify you if that happens. At this time we are unable to accept back orders. Please revisit our site frequently for out-of-stock items, as we will post them back as soon as they become available.

Volume Discounts

We do not at this time have a policy on volume pricing; however, feel free to contact us with any requests. All requests will be individually evaluated, and we will notify you of our decision.

Print Catalog

Because our inventory is constantly changing, a print catalog is not available.

Payment Methods

Orders are in U.S. currency. They can be placed by credit card or PayPal. We do not ship COD. All methods of payment will be verified and any waiting period will be observed prior to shipping.

Sales Tax

Residents of California will be charged sales taxes. Residents of other states will be responsible for reporting all purchases that were not taxed and pay state taxes as required by their states.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship only to the United States via USPS. The shipping charge is $3.99. We reserve the right to change or modify our shipping charge. Current shipping turnaround time is 4-7 business days. If you need something rushed or would like us to insure your package, please contact us prior to ordering. We will notify you of additional charges.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays once your items are dropped off at the post office. You will be notified of the tracking information and you will be solely responsible for tracking your package.

Return and Exchange Policy

Our return policy is simple. If you are not 100 percent satisfied, you can return any item within 20 days from the original shipping date for a full refund or exchange, minus our shipping costs. We will issue store credit for any late return packages. Custom pieces are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All returned items must be in their original condition and mailed with a tracking number. The buyer is solely responsible for any lost or damaged returns. No refund or exchange will be given for any lost or damaged package.
